Paul Lukkar, Assistant Coach of the 12U Baseball Redsox Team for Gulf Breeze Sports Association League was Number one for the first and second halves of the regular season ended May 2010. Head Coach Ted of Gulf Power Company, along with his Assistant Coaches lead the team to a successful year for Major League 12U Team!

Paul Lukkar, Head Coach of Gulf Breeze Sports Association (GBSA) Basketball team has started the 2010 season with a 2-0 record, and Lukkar predicts a winning season for the 11-12 year old boys basketball team.

Coach Lukkars "Kid Pitch" Minor League community baseball "Red Soxs" team completed another enjoyable season. The season began with a challenging first three weeks of two sports going at the same time, but was a most rewarding season for the team and players.

Lukkar, Head Coach of the Gulf Breeze Sports Association (GBSA)Dolphins Basketball community league team, completed the first season 2009 coaching basketball with great enthusiasm.

Lukkar, Assistant Coach of UBS Red Sox, Gulf Breeze Sports Association, 9-10 age group, has completed another succcesful season with Head Coach Kevin Grace, former Manager of UBS Financial Services, a Swiss Bank and Financial services company. The team also was invited to play in the Gulf Breeze Sports Association First Annual Tournament Rec League Series.

Lukkar, Head Coach of the Hill Kelly Dodge Sharks for two years, completed a successful season in the Gulf Breeze Sports Associations Rookie Ball League with a win loss record above 500.

All of the Lukkar Company's are involved with community activities, and have provided major donations and sponsored several dozen charitable organizations and local community and trade associations.

These numerous charitable organizations include but are not limited to the Hadji Shriners for transportation of children for their centers, Cancer Society, Relay for Life, Mended Hearts Little Hearts, Big Brothers & Sisters, the Pensacola Museum of Arts Charity Auction. Other charitable events included the Gulf Breeze United Methodist Church's Run for the World 5K, as written up in the Pensacola News Journal and Gulf Breeze News. Future GCF CEO Nick Lukkar completed the 5K Run for the World with an excellent time in the 8 year old category.

The Lukkar Companies annualy sponsor numerous events and golf tournaments for the Navvarre,Gulf Breeze, Pensacola Boards of Realtors and the National and Florida Association of Mortgage Broker, and many other area groups.

Paul Lukkar has been recognized in the Continental's Who's Who of Real Estate Professionals for 2007 & 2008. Continental is a national organization recognizing professionals involved in the real estate and mortgage industry nationwide, that have exemplified professionalism and service to the public over their careers.

Gulf Coast Financial Corp. and Paul Lukkar Realty have also been recognized for making sponsorship donations to the Big Brothers Big Sisters Program thru a local charity event held at downtown historic Pensacola Seville Quarter asnoted in the Pensacola News Journal.

Paul Lukkar helped out delivering Holiday meals for the Waterfront Mission, and several other local charities during the Holidays and winter months of 2007 and 2009.

Pensacola News Journal reflected Paul Lukkar, immediate past President and current Board of Directors of Business NetLink, a local business networking group, as contact for the group, and he has made special "Investing in Second Home & Investment Properties" business presentations for the Buisness Netlink.

(September 2006) Gulf Coast Financial Corp. & Paul Lukkar Realty made donations to Business Netlink Networking Organization guests and members at their Quarterly Visitors day and separately at their sponsored Business After Hours held at Rosie O'Gradies, Seville Quarter as reported in the Pensacola News Journal.

(August 2006) GCF & PLR made a donation to two different parties, The MS Association and a terminal Cancer patient that was competing in a national car competion in Las Vegas.

(July 2006) Gulf Coast Financial Corp. & Paul Lukkar Realty helped sponsor the Annual Red Cross "Mash Bash" fund raiser held at the Pensacola Municipal Airport by making donations in their annual auction event!

(June 2006): Paul Lukkar has been accepted in the National Association of Resposible Loan Officers (NARLO), a national group with the objective of identifying the Top One (1%) percent of the Mortgage Loan Officers in the United States, all with the highest standards for customer satisfaction, professionalism, industry knowledge and expertise, and dedication to continuing their education in the mortgage industry. The NARLO also provides a consumer complaint and resolution reporting board, which all it's members comply, follow and subscribe to it's highest degree of Industry Standards.

May 2006): GCF/PLR helped sponsor the Red Cross "Mash Bash" held at the Pensacola Regional Airport as noted in the Pensacola News Journal.

(April 2006): Paul Lukkar Realty has recently opened and Paul Lukkar is the New Broker/Owner, previously a Broker with NJS & Associates and DC Real Estate for over ten years!
